Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCSSwamee Finncorp may use approved business messaging technologies, including the WhatsApp Business Platform/Official API and Rich Communication Services (RCS), for legitimate business communications.These channels may be used for purposes such as customer enquiries, service-related notifications, appointment or document communications, transaction-related communications, customer support, reminders and other communications permitted by applicable platform rules and law.Use of WhatsApp and RCS does not mean that Swamee Finncorp controls the underlying telecommunications or messaging infrastructure.Messages may be processed or transmitted through Meta, WhatsApp, Google, telecommunications operators, messaging service providers, technology vendors and other infrastructure providers depending on the communication method used.Users acknowledge that WhatsApp and RCS are third-party communication environments and are subject to their respective policies and technical requirements.Swamee Finncorp will not knowingly use business messaging channels to distribute prohibited, deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful or abusive communications.
